About the Role:
The Pack Processor plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of packaging materials and products within a manufacturing or distribution environment. This position is responsible for processing, sorting, and preparing packs for shipment or further production stages, maintaining high standards of quality and organization. The Pack Processor collaborates closely with inventory and logistics teams to track pack status and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent errors and maintain a smooth workflow. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate pack processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems or similar software.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packaging, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a warehouse or production setting.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and use of inventory tracking software.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to operate packaging machinery or equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming packaging materials and products for quality and accuracy.
- Sort, label, and prepare packs according to company standards and shipment requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of processed packs and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate pack movement and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure operational efficiency.

Salary : $16 - $17
