The C.C. Creations story began in 1982 with only two manual screen printing machines in a small shop in Bryan, Texas. More than 40 years later, C.C. Creations has grown into one of the largest custom screen printing and embroidery companies in the nation.
Our national sales office is located in College Station, Texas with an extensive network of account executives situated throughout the nation. In 2005, the company added two more divisions, Trophies & Awards and Signs & Banners. In February of 2006, a 65,000 square foot production facility in Bryan, Texas was acquired to meet the increasing demands of our quickly growing company.

About the Role:
The Expeditor - Finishing plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of finishing processes within the production cycle. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the flow of materials and work-in-progress to meet production schedules and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with production teams, suppliers, and quality control to identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in the finishing stage. The Expeditor ensures that all finishing activities comply with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Ultimately, this role contributes to delivering finished products on time, meeting customer expectations and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in finishing or related operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certification in supply chain management, production, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the progress of finishing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with production supervisors, quality control, and suppliers to expedite the delivery of materials and resolve any issues causing delays.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources for finishing activities.
- Identify potential bottlenecks or quality concerns in the finishing process and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production status, material usage, and any deviations from planned schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all finishing operations.
- Prepare regular reports on finishing progress and escalate critical issues to management as needed.
