What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator - Multi-Machine/Grading and Sitework position at CC Construction of NEVADA, LLC?
We're hiring team members, not seat-warmers.
We're a Las Vegas civil and grading contractor running large-scale dirt work — mass grading, blasting, crushing, and hauling. We're looking for crew members who don't pigeonhole themselves into one machine or one role.
If you run a dozer but won't grab a shovel, pull grade stakes, help set up a laser, pound hubs, or jump on a skid steer when that's what the job needs — this isn't the right fit. We'd rather tell you now.
If you're the person who sees what needs doing and does it, we pay top market rates to find people like you and we pay to keep them.
What the job looks like
- Running multiple machine types — dozer, excavator, blade, loader, scraper, compactor, water truck (we'll train you up on anything you haven't run)
- Getting out of the cab: grade checking, hand work, spotting, cleanup, helping the crew hit production
- Working with civil plans, and speaking up when something on the ground doesn't match the paper
- Daily pre-trip inspections on your equipment — you take care of it, it takes care of you
What we're looking for
- 3 years running heavy equipment on grading or sitework
- Willingness to run whatever the job needs that day
- Shows up, on time, every day (we value this)
- Valid driver's license; Class A or B CDL is a plus
- OSHA 10 a plus, we'll cover it if you don't have it

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
