Essential Functions
Spends more than 2/3 of time standing, kneeling/crouching/stooping, using hands and reaching. Spends approximately 1/3 of time walking and talking/hearing. This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.
Work Environment
This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.

Essential Functions
- MIG welding of hollow metal frame material and commercial hardware
- Assembly of hollow metal frame material and commercial hardware
- Frequent work saw cutting, grinding and sanding related materials
- Experience using welders (MIG preferred)
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of welding principles
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
- Knowledge of woodworking tools for use on wood doors desired
- Basic construction knowledge with specific experience related to hollow metal and commercial hardware applications strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills required
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines
