Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Sr. Global Infrastructure & Applications (PMP) Project Manager - Duration: 6 Month contract w/Multiple Renewals (Long Term) RTH- Location: East Hanover, NJ OR Cincinnati, OH (Mason) Hybrid Onsite 3-days a week - Pay: $70.00 - $80/hr W-2 (Paid for each Hour worked - May elect to Purchase Medical, Dental, Vision) - Candidate Must be US Citizen or Green Card

CBTS is in search of a Sr. Global Project Manager for an immediate position in the central East Hanover, NJ area. This is a Hybrid role that will require them to be onsite 3 days minimum.

Responsibilities:

• Serves in dual role as project manager for both infrastructure and application focused projects
• Responsible for working with the team to develop and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of the projects
• Facilitates meetings as necessary and ensures global teams are achieving value and duties assigned
• Helps the team identify and understand risks, dependencies, and impediments
• Troubleshoots issues, risks, and dependencies, coordinating integration of various modules and ensuring compliance with expected quality standards
• Helps the team foster an environment of trust and accountability to each other
• Negotiates, sets, and clarifies customer expectations. Communicates project status to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Helps the team to continuously improve their interactions, practices, and processes
• Drives continuous improvements
• Escalates issues appropriately if the team is unable to resolve skill and knowledge gaps and external dependencies for upcoming work

Requirements:

• PMP Certification plus Leadership and organizational skills
• Global PM experience in an enterprise environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management throughout the SDLC
• Proven ability to complete projects in a timely manner and within budgets
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Ability and willingness to go to a detailed level and perform additional duties outside of the Project Manager role as necessary, inclusive of task ownership to ensure the solution is delivered on time and within budget
• 1-3 years of related experience
