POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Information Technology oversees the entire IT operations at Aadi Bioscience, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth workflows. Their responsibilities include devising strategies for identifying new technical opportunities, spearheading program development, managing budgets and goals and collaborating with experts.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic IT Operations: Drive IT operations to support growth trajectory.
· Oversee and manage third party IT Helpdesk support provider.
· Infrastructure Management: Ensure continuous operation, improvement, and maintenance of IT systems, both onsite and in the cloud, with a focus on business continuity and disaster recovery.
· Security and Compliance: Manage technical aspects related to information security, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
· Software and Network Administration: Oversee software and network administration.
· Data Privacy and Regulatory Compliance: Establish controls, processes, and programs to support data privacy, security, PHI, SOX, HIPAA, GxP and other relevant regulatory requirements.
· Budget Management: Create and maintain the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective management and tracking.
· Vendor Relationships: Negotiate and manage IT service contracts, third-party providers, and licenses.
· Project Monitoring: Monitor and report progress on IT projects, resource utilization, and production performance to executive leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of IT systems, software, networks, operations, information security, and cybersecurity.
· Cybersecurity Programs: Experience building cybersecurity programs with elements of governance, compliance, and risk management.
· Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, build collaborative relationships, and interface effectively with all levels of the business.
· Policy Development: Proficiency in developing and maintaining IT policies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
· At least 5 years of related IT Management experience in industries subject to regulatory requirements (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or similar fields).
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Bilingual English/Japanese, or able to read and understand the Japanese language.
· Ability to be onsite in Morristown Office at least four days a week.

· $165,000 annually
