Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Services Clerk based in Hialeah, FL. The Career Services Clerk will support students by providing administrative assistance, handling inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, assisting with job placement resources, coordinating career services activities, and acting as a liaison between the institution, students, and staff members.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships with students and staff
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address students' and employers’ needs effectively
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including maintaining records, data entry, and scheduling
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
- High school diploma required
