CBS Global USA Inc. is seeking a driven and technically minded Automation Business Development professional to support the growth of industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing solutions across North America.
This role is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing operations, automation systems, and customer relationship development, while thriving in fast-paced environments where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
- Develop and grow new business opportunities within industrial automation, manufacturing, and warehouse automation sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, integrators, OEMs, and strategic partners
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to support customer projects and solution implementation
- Identify customer needs and propose automation solutions including AGV/AMR systems, conveyors, intelligent warehousing, and related technologies
- Support project coordination, quoting, scheduling, and operational alignment
- Assist with market expansion initiatives throughout the U.S. and international markets
- Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and project locations as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, operations management, project coordination, or manufacturing environments
- Experience within manufacturing, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment industries preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/project management systems
- Experience in industrial automation or automotive manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with project scheduling and resource planning
- Bilingual communication skills (Chinese or Spanish) are a plus
- Experience supporting international operations and customer programs
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
