Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual, creative, and motivated individual to lead content creation and support marketing growth at CBO Accounting & Advisory Services.
This role will primarily focus on social media content creation and brand development, while also supporting basic sales efforts and administrative marketing tasks as we grow.

Core Responsibilities (Marketing & Content – Primary Focus)
Create engaging social media content for platforms such as:
- TikTok (short videos, reels, shorts)
Design graphics and promotional posts using tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar
Write and develop marketing content in both Spanish and English (Spanish-focused audience)
Brainstorm creative ideas that connect with our community and client base
Help plan and schedule consistent social media posting
Assist with basic marketing organization and content strategy
Growth & Sales Support (Secondary Responsibilities)
Assist with responding to social media inquiries and new leads
Help follow up with prospective clients (via DM, email, or phone when appropriate)
Support basic sales outreach efforts (community networking, referral follow-up, event promotion)
Track marketing leads and help maintain a simple CRM organization
Identify opportunities to attract new clients through content and engagement
Administrative Support (Light Support Role)
Assist with organizing marketing files and campaigns
Help update promotional materials and service information
Support basic office or client communication tasks when needed
Coordinate scheduling for marketing-related meetings or events
Bonus Opportunity
Help launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
(Experience is a plus, but willingness to learn independently is completely fine.)
Language Requirement
Spanish and English proficiency required.
Approximately 90% of our audience is Spanish-speaking, so you must be comfortable writing clear, professional, and persuasive content in Spanish that connects with our community.
