We are looking for an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to support a Salesforce-based customer engagement platform used across Customer Service, Commercial Programs, and Market Access operations.
πΉ Key Skills:
β’ 7 years in IT BRM / Product Ownership / Application Management
β’ Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience
β’ Stakeholder & business engagement expertise
β’ Agile delivery & release management
β’ Experience in healthcare/life sciences preferred
β’ Knowledge of CRM, Case Management, Campaigns & Reporting
