IT Business Relationship Manager (Salesforce / CRM)

📍 Location: Alameda, CA

🕒 Duration: 12 Months Contract



We are looking for an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to support a Salesforce-based customer engagement platform used across Customer Service, Commercial Programs, and Market Access operations.


🔹 Key Skills:

• 7 years in IT BRM / Product Ownership / Application Management

• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience

• Stakeholder & business engagement expertise

• Agile delivery & release management

• Experience in healthcare/life sciences preferred

• Knowledge of CRM, Case Management, Campaigns & Reporting

🔹 Preferred:

• Call center or consumer engagement platforms

• eCard / voucher programs

• Medicare / Medicaid or payer workflows

• Salesforce Certifications
