Role Summary
The Account Miner ensures that every client relationship stays active, valued, and productive.
This person will engage with existing clients, maintain transparent communication through CRM, and collaborate with our internal team to strengthen CBL’s presence and reputation with each account.
This is not a cold-calling or lead-chasing role — it’s about listening, understanding, and growing together with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze all active clients — understand engagement level, project activity, and relationship health.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships through calls, visits, and timely outreach (holiday greetings, appreciation gestures, follow-ups).
- Ensure all client activities, discussions, and updates are accurately logged and visible in CRM.
- Identify roadblocks in client activity and ensure monthly continuity in engagement.
- Develop client-specific action plans to strengthen relationships and encourage preference for CBL over competitors.
- Explore additional opportunities within client organizations — across staffing, AI, integration, and digital transformation services.
- Coordinate with internal sales and delivery teams to align client needs with our offerings.
- Provide feedback on unviable clients and ensure time is focused on high-value partnerships.
- Travel regularly to meet clients in-person and build authentic, long-term relationships.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account coordination (IT/Staffing background a plus).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and structured reporting habits.
- Comfortable with travel across U.S. (60–80%).
- Ability to analyze client activity data and propose action plans.
- Entrepreneurial attitude — self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented.
