Essential Functions And Primary Duties
- Develop eLearning content, including self-study courses, microlearning, and job aids
- Edit media and convert into SCORM-compliant learning assets
- Load, maintain and retire learning programs and assets in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate the gathering of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) documentation for qualified L&D programs
- Monitor the L&D team email inbox and address various inquiries
- Assist with the production of virtual learning events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or minimum of 2 years of related experience in a learning and development function in a business environment preferred
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Applies instructional design techniques to create quality learning content
- Creates eLearning modules, preferably using Articulate 360 and Camtasia
- Experienced in LMS administration
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Effectively handles multiple stakeholders and points of input
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, multi-task and work independently
- Adapts quickly to different needs, priorities and environments
- Successfully interacts with professionals and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position
- Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
