Essential Functions and Primary Duties: Set up and maintain commission receivable data within the commission accounting departmentAssist internal and external clients with questions and needs and ensure data is accurate and without negative impact on the financial operations of the companyCreate new and renew existing commission receivables recordsAudit renewed receivables and make necessary corrections/adjustmentsCommunicate with Producers to resolve discrepancies/variances involving incomplete client valuation data reportedUtilize commission accounting system and understand the ramifications of data entered and its impact on the financial operations of the companySetup records for invoicing and process monthly client invoicesRun Producer Earnings report and complete monthly compensation mailingsProcess monthly Producer Expense WithholdingsCall carriers to update CBIZ address and producer ID numbers on correspondence/statements as neededResolve a full range of internal and external customer requestsResearch and assemble data pertaining to receivable recordsAdditional responsibilities as assignedMinimum Qualifications RequiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matterMust maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertiseDemonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyEffective customer service skillsProficient use of applicable technologyAbility to work in team environment as well as independentlyAbility to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities #LI-MM2 #LI-HybridABOUT US CBIZ Inc. is a leading professional services advisor to middle market businesses and organizations nationwide.
