Location: Based in Muscatine, Iowa, or with the ability to work from the Muscatine, Iowa office 3 days per week.

What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels and campaigns
- Enhance website performance through SEO and content optimization
- Create and distribute engaging content across social media, blogs, podcasts, and video platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI through analytics tools
- Support brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Develop targeted marketing strategies including retargeting and geofencing campaigns
- Serve as a champion of the organization's brand and reputation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field
- 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Expertise in SEO, social media management, email marketing, analytics, and digital advertising
- Experience creating and managing content across multiple platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Financial services experience is preferred
- Google Analytics &/or Google Ads Certifications
- Digital Marketing Certifications (AMA or DMI)
