- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC industry.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- HVAC License or willingness to pursue Journeyman status.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional demeanor.
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment safely.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain an organized work vehicle equipped with necessary tools and parts to efficiently complete service calls.
