- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Precisely measure, cut, and assemble lumber to build wall panels
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets our quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe work environment
- Help keep the workspace clean and organized
- Proven experience in framing or a related construction trade
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong knowledge of various hand and power tools used in framing
