In this position, you will be part of our Field team and help us with hands-on activities and upkeep in our CBH Communities throughout the Treasure Valley.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with possible Saturday shifts and after hours needs. The position is available immediately.

Requirements
To fulfill this position, you must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, be able to lift heavy objects and keep up with the intense pace of this position.
Hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with possible Saturday shifts and after hours needs. The position is available immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Field Detail List task execution
- Inspect CBH Community entrance signs and flags to ensure they are are fresh & crisp
- Daily CBH office check-ins to get and stock vehicles with needed field materials
- Daily calendar monitoring and task updating for field activities
- Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager for task detail
- Quality work and efficient turn around times of field work
- Daily tasks include:
- Placing for sale signs, lockboxes, and marketing material in available homes
- Installing CBH’s self home touring technology
- Replacing community flags
- Maintaining the high standard appearance of CBH communities
