CBH Homes is looking for a Contracts Transaction Coordinator to help guide buyers through the homebuying journey while supporting our Sales Team behind the scenes.

📍 What You’ll Do- Coordinate the homebuying process from contract to close
- Support communication between buyers, lenders, sales, and internal teams
- Ensure timelines, paperwork, and communication stay accurate and on track
- Manage a high-volume of files in a deadline-driven environment
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every buyer
- Support the sales team with transaction coordination and follow-up tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented professionals

- Occasional weekend availability may be needed to support business needs
