CBH Homes is looking for a Contracts Transaction Coordinator to help guide buyers through the homebuying journey while supporting our Sales Team behind the scenes.

📍 What You’ll Do- Coordinate the homebuying process from contract to close
- Support communication between buyers, lenders, sales, and internal teams
- Ensure timelines, paperwork, and communication stay accurate and on track
- Manage a high-volume of files in a deadline-driven environment
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every buyer
- Support the sales team with transaction coordination and follow-up tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented professionals
- Positive team players who enjoy helping others
- Strong communicators who stay calm under pressure
- Individuals who can manage time effectively and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Adaptable problem-solvers who enjoy keeping things moving

- Customer service, transaction coordination or administrative experience helpful
- Strong computer, communication and organizational skills
- Full-time, in-office role based in Meridian, Idaho
- Occasional weekend availability may be needed to support business needs
