What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary Per Diem position at CBH Care?
Responsibilities
Welcomes and announces all consumers and visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel
Answers all incoming phone calls, takes messages, and directs them to the appropriate personnel
Responds to consumer questions and directs all clinical question to clinical personnel
Manages daily schedules and takes payments
Assists consumes with welcome paperwork and completes fee counseling
Makes copies and maintains stock of forms and packets as well as scan documents into consumer charts
Qualifications
High school diploma
Mental health or human services experience preferred
Pay
$15.50 - $ 15.92 per hour

Sunday 9am - 3pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-8pm
