What We Offer
- Oversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environment
- Provides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluations
- Ensures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management services
- Manages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group home
- Participates in the development of all consumer related activities
- BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
- BA in unrelated field with two years of previous experience
- AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services
- One-year experience working in a residential mental health setting required
- Relevant supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license
