What We Offer
- Responsible for the implementation of IRPs, performing IMR services, and providing continuous input to all changes of consumer IRPs
- Provides on-site case managements services to assigned caseload and supervision to consumers
- Facilitates a variety of social, recreational, and therapeutic groups, encourages consumers to participate
- Utilizes crisis intervention skills as needed and reports all consumer concerns to program managers
- Must be able to follow our agency’s documentation procedures correctly when updating our consumers’ electronic charts
- BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license
