Responsibilities
- Develops service plans with families in addition to providing a wide scope of clinical and concrete services
- Facilitates single family consultations, family groups, assertive outreach, and engages families in community services
- Functions as an active team member by participating in program activities, communicating all consumer related information to peers, and leading groups with and without peers
- Must adhere to the program’s standard for ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Operates the organization’s vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Qualification
- sBSW in Social Work, BA/BS in Psychology, or related field or a Registered Nursing Degre
- eTwo years of direct experience in mental health/human services require
- dValid New Jersey driver’s licens
