Responsibilities

• Develops service plans with families in addition to providing a wide scope of clinical and concrete services

• Facilitates single family consultations, family groups, assertive outreach, and engages families in community services

• Functions as an active team member by participating in program activities, communicating all consumer related information to peers, and leading groups with and without peers

• Must adhere to the program’s standard for ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner

• Operates the organization’s vehicles in a safe and professional manner

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, or a related field

• Two years of experience in mental health and human services

• Valid Driver’s License

Pay

$41,000 - $43,000 annual salary
