Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation of IRPs, performing IMR services, and providing continuous input to all changes of consumer IRPs
Provides on-site case managements services to assigned caseload and supervision to consumers
Facilitates a variety of social, recreational, and therapeutic groups, encourages consumers to participate
Utilizes crisis intervention skills as needed and reports all consumer concerns to program managers
Must be able to follow our agency’s documentation procedures correctly when updating our consumers’ electronic charts
Qualifications
BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
Valid Driver’s License

Monday through Sunday, 20 hours
