We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced light industrial environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with the handling, setup and breakdown of materials at the worksite
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Support supply chain activities by sorting, packing, and organizing materials
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Help with worksite organization, inventory management, and material handling
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Skills
- Experience operating light industrial tools and equipment
- Familiarity with industrial worksites and warehouse environments
- Prior distribution center and/or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong understanding of SMP processes and production workflows
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
