Three Oaks Hospitality is looking for baristas to manage transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how to prepare beverage recipes. You should be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all customer interactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Full and part-time positions with a flexible schedule are available. Must be available to work nights.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers as they enter.
- Answer customer questions regarding drink menu and ingredients.
- Take orders while paying attention to details.
- Prepare beverages ensuring quality and standards.
- Serve beverages and prepared foods.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and tidy work areas.
- Bag to-go items.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Work experience as a barista in a similar role in the service industry
- Familiarity with brewing equipment
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
