Secretary / Executive Assistant (Office-based), Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: 3 days per week, 6–8 hours per day, on-site
Employment: Part-time, with potential to transition to full-time
Location:
Office in Brooklyn, NY, ZIP 11214, Bensonhurst neighborhood.
Subway: 20 Av station (D Line). The office is a 5–7 minute walk from the station.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Accounting: Tracking cash flow and inventory movement, maintaining Excel summary tables, generating daily reports
- Executive Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, setting reminders, coordinating the executive's schedule, and arranging business travel as needed
- Client Relations: Presenting product offerings to existing customers, monitoring purchasing activities, handling business correspondence and phone calls
- Document Management: Printing, scanning, archiving, and preparing documents for meetings
- Office Administration: Receiving incoming mail and calls, assisting with front-desk operations
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written) for client communication and documentation management
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Assistant
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; typing speed of 40 WPM is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy; ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in professional correspondence in both languages
- Legal authorization to work in the USA
Conditions:
- Rate: $22–28/hour, depending on experience and language proficiency
- Payments: Twice per month
- Start date: As soon as possible
