Summary
A regional materials supplier in Berlin, PA, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Kitchen and Bath Design Sales Specialist. This person will provide expert advice, design guidance, and sales support related to kitchen and bath products, to public and professional customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting kitchen and bath products (cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, etc.).
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide design consultations and create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts using design software or in-store tools.
- Prepare and present quotes, estimates, and sales proposals.
- Process orders and coordinate with suppliers and installers.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques.
- Maintain an organized showroom and update displays.
- Collaborate with the installation team for smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software (20/20 Design, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.
- Prior sales experience in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
