Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Interior Design Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for interior design and a proven track record in sales. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing design solutions that meet their expectations while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior design solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing design concepts and products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client specifications are met.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
• Develop sales strategies and generate leads to drive business growth.
• Develop new channels and platforms to acquire leads and clients.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in interior design and product offerings.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, in the interior design industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in design software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
