Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day sales, business development, and campaign management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned sales leads, handling a variety of accounts
- Gain in-depth product and service knowledge to address questions and overcome objections
- Assist the sales team in achieving quarterly revenue targets
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to maintain a positive and productive relationship
- Contribute fresh ideas to foster teamwork and achieve company goals
- Collaborate with Senior Management to learn to train new team Business Development Representative members
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships built
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders and the Business Development Representative team to stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
Business Development Representative Sales Representative Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and Business Development Representative teammates
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
- Ability to achieve goals independently and as a key member of a group
- Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals
