Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with members of the public in person while professionally representing nonprofit organizations.
- Facilitate outreach activities that strengthen relationships and broaden the organization’s support network.
- Build positive connections through conversations that help people better understand the organization and its work.
- Raise awareness by discussing nonprofit initiatives, answering questions, and encouraging community involvement.
- Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations while providing accurate and engaging information.
- Serve as a Customer Service Associate, advocating for the organization’s initiatives and inspiring ongoing engagement.
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Confidence in speaking to diverse members of the community.
- Able to quickly learn and understand nonprofit initiatives, organizational goals, and information.
- Adaptable and able to adjust to different environments, audiences, and daily priorities.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,475.00 per week
