This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Austin, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are executed within scope, budget, and schedule. The role includes supervision of expediting tasks, inspection processes, and logistics management, while ensuring compliance with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Expertise in Project Management and the ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of project resources.
- Proficiency in Inspection and Logistics Management to maintain quality control and streamline project operations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of O&M systems, CMMS platforms, or related facilities management processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Capability to work in a team-oriented environment and lead cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, operations, or a related industry is highly desirable.
