Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team in the Industrial, Power, and Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling within this sector, with a strong proficiency in Primavera P6. This mid-senior level position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure project timelines are met with precision.


Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

•Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project information and updates.

•Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive schedules aligned with project goals and objectives.

•Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.

•Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide detailed reports on project status, milestones, and critical path analysis.

•Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate their schedules into the master project schedule.

•Implement schedule changes and adjustments as required, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.

•Participate in project meetings to provide schedule updates, forecasts, and recommendations for optimizing project timelines and resource utilization.

•Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices within the Industrial, Power, and Utilities industry.


Qualifications:

•Certification in Project Management (PMP) or scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP) is advantageous.

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling within the Industrial, Power, and Utilities industry.

•Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory; additional experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software is a plus.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and identify critical path activities.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•Understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and industry regulations.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
