About the Role
APM is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support planning and execution on large-scale construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget through effective scheduling, forecasting, and collaboration with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to track progress and update forecasts.
- Identify critical path activities, risks, and delays; recommend corrective actions.
- Provide schedule reports and performance metrics, including safety, risk, cost, and projected project completion.
- Ensure data integrity while managing large project datasets.
- Support planning, sequencing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3 years of scheduling experience
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6)
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools; Power BI experience a plus.
- Must be willing to travel
