Fine Jewelry Sales
- Assist clients in selecting fine jewelry with a high level of expertise and care.
- Educate clients on materials and stones to support informed decisions.
- Offer custom design support and communicate bespoke options confidently.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-up, outreach, and clienteling strategies.
- Communicate with clients via text, email, and social media in a professional and personalized manner.
- Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that aligns with luxury service standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fine jewelry materials, diamonds, colored stones and jewelry trends.
- Share detailed product information, care tips, and brand stories with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and elevate the in-store experience.
- Leverage the store's CRM to track client interactions and manage sales performance.
- Support daily store operations including transactions, documentation, repairs, and inventory.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and contribute to shared goals.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in fine jewelry sales.
- Proven success in luxury or high-touch retail environments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: Certifications such as AJP, Graduate Diamonds, or GG from GIA or equivalent.
- Location: Onsite in New York, NY
- Schedule: Full-time, including weekends as part of the retail schedule.
- Base Salary: $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission.
