Delivery Driver – Full Time

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Cayce Mill Supply, a family-owned company with strong community roots, is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver for our Madisonville location. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely deliveries while supporting warehouse operations.
Position Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and courteous delivery and pickup of merchandise, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting with warehouse duties when not driving.
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely operate company truck for delivery and pickup of materials
- Learn delivery routes and customer locations
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Maintain a strict “no riders” policy
- Report maintenance needs to Warehouse Manager
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized
- Identify and verify materials being delivered
- Assist with stocking, pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks
- Support warehouse operations on non-driving days
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Keep driver’s license current and insurable
- Qualify and remain qualified under all DOT and/or CDL regulations
Qualifications
- Valid and insurable driver’s license
- Ability to safely operate required vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Frequent climbing in and out of truck cab/bed
- Repeated bending, lifting, and pulling
- Steel toe safety shoes required
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
