We are currently looking for a highly motivated, confident, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is more than a traditional front desk role. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and warmth, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping families feel cared for and supported.

Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and productive daily schedule
- Schedule new patients, treatment appointments, sedation visits, and recare appointments
- Work unscheduled treatment and follow-up lists daily
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage professionally and confidently
- Communicate proactively with parents regarding appointments, treatment, and financial expectations
- Help identify and fill same-day scheduling opportunities
- Support a smooth and positive patient experience from check-in through check-out
- Assist with payments, deposits, financing options, and financial discussions when needed
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to maintain strong office flow and efficiency
- Help uphold a positive, professional, and team-oriented office culture

Preferred Qualifications
- Dental front office experience REQUIRED
- Pediatric dental experience preferred
- Insurance verification experience REQUIRED
- Open Dental experience preferred
- Experience with treatment coordination is a PLUS
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a PLUS but not required
