What You'll Do
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and process patient information
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Help create a welcoming, positive office atmosphere
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
