As an Office Clerk - Amarillo Ground Beef, you'll keep the office side of production moving fast and flawlessly-making sure information, documents, and communication land where they need to, right when they're needed.
Key Responsibilities Include
A Fast-Moving Day
Your morning kicks off with the pulse of production: phones ringing, questions coming in, and updates flowing between plant operations and corporate offices. You'll spend time at your desk entering information into software, tightening up numbers for routine financial reporting, and assembling operations updates that help leaders stay ahead of the day. As production ramps, you'll pivot quickly-checking on paperwork, confirming details that keep records clean, and helping connect the dots between departments. When shipping activity spikes, you'll jump in to help keep order information aligned so the back office stays in sync with what's happening on the floor. You'll wrap up by making sure key documents are filed, tracked, and ready for what tomorrow brings.

Your Mission
As an Office Clerk - Amarillo Ground Beef, you'll keep the office side of production moving fast and flawlessly-making sure information, documents, and communication land where they need to, right when they're needed.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with a polished, helpful approach
- Draft, update, and format daily operational documents and reports
- Keep files, records, and databases accurate and easy to retrieve (paper and electronic)
- Assist with accounting support, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Help the Shipping team with order status, invoice support, and tracking details
- Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Experience in an administrative or office support position
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable learning new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
