Location: 609 S Grant St, Amarillo, TX 79101
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
H & R Foods, a Division of PAK Quality Foods, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a key role that supports daily operations, customer service, and coordination between office and warehouse activities. What You’ll Do
Provide customer service support, including processing incoming orders
Answer and manage calls using a multi-line telephone system
Manage outbound mail and related communications
Operate office equipment, including copy and fax machines
Perform general office functions, including filing, ten-key entry, and administrative support tasks
Maintain spreadsheets and perform general typing and data entry tasks
Assist with inbound inventory processes and organization
Support preparation of routes for next-day operations
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and spreadsheet proficiency
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
