What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Caviar & Bananas - George Street?
The Sous Chef’s responsibilities would include, but not be limited to: supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals that deliver high-quality, great tasting food; enforcing proper food safety and sanitation procedures and profitability. The Sous Chef should be capable to perform both opening and closing duties, be able to write a schedule, place product orders and assist with inventory.
The Sous Chef directly supports the Executive Chef to ensure menu items are executed with excellence. Additionally, the Sous Chef should effectively manage quality in all aspects of their job as well as provide support to the success of the C&B mission.
Operating hours are 7am - 3:30pm, 7 days / week
