What You'll Do
As Sous Chef, you'll help bridge vision and execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the line during service
- Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Training and developing cooks through coaching and setting the example
- Ensuring stations are prepared, organized, and service-ready
- Assisting with ordering, inventory, and cost controls
- Ensuring sanitation and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Supporting the kitchen wherever needed—from expediting to working the line
The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed when service is at its busiest.

Qualifications
- 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- Experience in chef-driven, fine dining, or upscale casual restaurants
- Strong culinary fundamentals, knife skills, modern plating and detail-oriented execution
- Experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling and cost management
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine desire to mentor and develop others
