Searching for a Part Time Sushi Chef, 3 days a week. Roughly 25-28 hours per week.
Must have 5 years of experience, and be used to working in a busy fast paced environment.
Must be willing to follow directions from lead chefs.
Saturday and Sunday availability required!

Duties
- Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to traditional techniques and modern culinary trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during busy periods.
- Assist in menu development by contributing innovative sushi recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Manage inventory of sushi ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality while minimizing waste.
- Engage with guests to provide an exceptional dining experience, including answering questions about menu items.
