Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Raw Material Inventory Clerk, where your expertise will drive the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain operations. In this vital role, you will oversee raw material inventory levels, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure seamless materials handling to support production and distribution. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance. Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and receive all incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate records and logs through IQMS software.
- Stack and store raw materials to prevent contamination.
- Organize all raw materials for easy storage/retrieval in a safe manner as to protect personnel from harm.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager for daily requirements of materials, gaylords, barrels, and other cartons.
- Clean dryers and loaders for upcoming jobs.
- Stage raw materials for any upcoming work orders.
- Maintain inventory and traceability log.
- Keep a clean work area.
- Use of equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, scales, trucks, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and IQMS software.
- Any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 75lbs.
- Forklift certification and/or forklift experience.
- ERP system experience.
- Data entry experience.
- Plastics Manufacturing experience.

Pay: $17.80 - $23.20 per hour
