What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media / Branding Coordinator position at Cavalier Technology Group?
We are looking for someone to assist with improving and growing our Brand and Content throughout our social media channels and our website.
Responsibilities:
- This role is to manage our corporate social media accounts
- Creating and scheduling posts
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Responding to followers’ comments and queries
- Tracking performance analytics
- Developing, implementing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Monitor social media accounts (e.g., Instagram or TikTok)
- Collaborate with owner to develop content and campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Manage a content calendar
- Maintain brand image across social media channels
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
