Cavalier Ridge Landscaping, LLC is looking for dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in the landscaping industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Assist the crew lead with daily job tasks and property care
- Operate basic lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow company quality standards on every job
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work well on a team
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license is a plus (not required)
