Cavalier Ridge Landscaping, LLC is seeking a reliable, motivated Lawn Care Crew Lead to oversee daily lawn maintenance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and delivering high-quality results to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 2–3 person lawn care crew
- Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general property maintenance
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Plan and execute daily routes efficiently
- Communicate with clients professionally when needed
- Complete job reports and track time/materials
Qualifications
- 2 years of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
- Ability to operate a truck and trailer
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
