Job Requirements
- Strong background in kitchen and bath design and sales
- Proficiency in using 2020 design software
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Job site/field measuring and basic math skills
- Showroom floor duty, including occasional Saturdays
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Basic PC skills, as well as Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class attention and service to all customers in the showroom.
- Manage the complete sales process for each client, from leads, to initial meetings, to site visits and field measurements, to final installations and post-sale follow-ups.
- Prepare insightful design proposals that incorporate customer budgets, style preferences, and requirements, including drawings, renderings, and product specifications.
- Stay current in all aspects of training related to products, promotions, design tools, and selling techniques, as well as compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and materials
- Perform various administrative duties, including preparing various reports, processing sales transactions and contracts, and assisting with payment receipts.
- Contribute individually and collectively to the overall success and professional reputation of the business.
