As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their remodeling goals and lifestyle needs
- Design beautiful, functional kitchens, bathrooms, and closets
- Prepare professional layouts and presentations using 2020 Design Software
- Present design concepts, product selections, and project estimates
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales opportunities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- 2 years of kitchen and bath design and sales experience
- 2 years of cabinetry design and sales experience
- Proficiency with 2020 Design Software
- Strong client-focused sales and closing skills
- Experience designing traditional, transitional, and contemporary spaces
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email communication
