Duties
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
- Adhere to dietary guidelines and accommodate special dietary requests when necessary
- Maintain proper knife skills for efficient and safe food preparation
